Paolo Pardo is an AIT II in CSHQA’s Denver office, where he assists with drafting, modeling, agency submittals and construction documents. Paolo was recognized as being creative when younger and has been surrounded by architects and engineers who inspired him to follow the creative drive to design. “I’ve known since I was a kid that buildings intrigued me and that I wanted to one day design them.” he says. Paolo has always been interested in gadgets and technology and has over a thousand hours accumulated using 3D printers, Laser Cutters, Virtual Reality, and Drone technologies. He is also passionate about the ideals of green building and how it makes our spaces better.
Paolo loves the experience of seeing spaces that he’s designed built so that he can witness others enjoying them, as well as experiencing them for himself. During his time at University, Paolo’s parents called on him to design a 1200+ sq./ft. two story deck addition for their home. He worked with the contractor and city officials to design and prepare drawings. This is now everyone’s favorite part of the house and is a wonderful space enjoyed by his parents and their guests!
Paolo has worked at multiple farmers markets and is passionate about small communities coming together to share their culture, food, and goods. He also loves anything that allows him to be outside with friends, including biking, kayaking, and snowboarding.
