CSHQA is pleased to announce the completion of the new Garden Valley Market in Crouch, ID. CSHQA worked with owners of The Garden Valley Market and the partners in Village Associates LLC. Gerold Dennett and Greg Simione are partners in Village Associates LLC and owners of the real estate, and Larry and Ilene Leasure are partners in Village Associates LLC. Together CSHQA and Village Associates LLC collaborated to design the new grocery store for
the remote mountain town. CSHQA provided architectural, engineering and planning services that allowed the owners to realize their dream of expanding their business.
