CSHQA’s Mandie Brozo Selected as WCA TWIN Award Honoree

Apr 6, 2022

Each year, the Women’s & Children’s Alliance (WCA) recognizes professional women “who have made outstanding contributions to the Treasure Valley business community,” said WCA Executive Director Bea Black. Honorees are presented with a Tribute to Women and Industry (TWIN) award at an impactful event that brings together leaders, supporters, and past honorees for an afternoon of appreciation. Taking place in Boise on March 31, 2022, the 29th Annual TWIN awards luncheon celebrated this year’s cohort of diverse inspirational women for what they have given, and give every day, to their community; CSHQA’s Mandie Brozo was among them.

A Well-Deserved Award

A valued Project Manager, Mandie joined CSHQA over 15 years ago and has been integral in the success of over 400 retail and commercial projects. Mandie is responsible for the entire design process, from design development through construction administration. On top of her outstanding work efforts, Mandie actively organizes internal events for the women of CSHQA, including an annual holiday party.

Prior to joining the firm, Mandie worked as an assistant planner at North Dakota State University, from where she holds a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Design and a Masters of Architecture, with a minor in Business.

Some of Mandie’s favorite projects include The CSHQA Office Renovation, The Inn at 500, and The Grove Hotel

Beyond the Working Woman

Women play several roles in their daily lives, of which working professional is only one. CSHQA celebrates Mandie’s excellence and passion beyond her commitment to her community and her dedication to colleagues and clients. Originally from Minnesota, she enjoys the outdoors and exploring the wonderful things that Boise has to offer. When Mandie is not spending time with her husband and son, you might find her lost in a good book.
