CSHQA has provided architectural and engineering services for the Samaritan Village Apartments (Boise, ID), currently in the midst of a top to bottom renovation. This is an affordable, low-income 100- unit complex for senior residents comprised of studio and one-bedroom apartments. Funding for the $4 Million rehabilitation is being provided through private sources and USDA Rural Development.
