Weston Ellerbrake

AIT III

For Weston Ellerbrake, architecture represents the middle ground between art and engineering, a dual passion that fuels his creativity and enthusiasm. “It’s awesome to think we’re creating works of art that could potentially be around for centuries.” he reflects.

As an AIT III, Weston thrives in a dynamic role where he focuses on rendering, building information modeling management, construction document creation, and client/consultant coordination. But what truly motivates him is the opportunity to design. “Design is what I live for, and I’m excited to dive into it at CSHQA,” he shares.

Before joining CSHQA, Weston was part of an innovative design team that transformed orange shipping containers into a coffee shop. The project aimed at creating a hub for shipping and receiving coffee. He looks forward to seeing the facility’s construction unfold in the coming year.

When he’s not focused on design, Weston expresses his creativity through woodworking and metalworking. He’s also an adventurer, staying active through tennis, mountain biking, hiking, and skiing. Additionally, he has set a personal goal to read 100 books this year!
