Tricia Paiz, an Architect in CSHQA’s Sacramento office, is here to help. She is proficient with AutoCAD, Revit, Enscape, Photoshop, and InDesign, and is continually learning and growing as she assists the team. Her responsibilities include code research, concept design, team coordination, construction documentation, and contract administration.
Tricia did not take drafting courses in high school. Her first class at St. Louis Community College was Architectural Graphics, part of the Interior Design program. She loved learning how to create perspectives with floor plans and elevations. As she advanced through the program, she realized all the areas she loved were within the architectural classes. After relocating to California, she completed her architecture degree at California State University, Sacramento, and obtained her professional license within five years of graduating. Tricia enjoys creating spaces that improve people’s lives. “I love how a well-designed space can have a positive effect on how you feel and how you work.”
Tricia is crafty and big on DIY. She learned to crochet and embroider from her grandmother and taught herself how to make jewelry. She also enjoys playing board games and video games. Being from St. Louis, she is a die-hard baseball fan. Go Cardinals!
