Sarah-Gladics-2026

Sarah Gladics, NCIDQ, IIDA

Senior Lead Interior Designer / Senior Associate

Sarah Gladics designs for the people who will live, work, and move through a space long after the project closes out. That perspective took hold early: while working on her first fire station remodel in 2016, she immersed herself in what it means to work and live in that environment—the shift rotations, sleep arrangements, and physical and psychological demands on those inside. The result was a facility built for the humans it serves, not just the program it satisfies. Providing safe, healthy, modern spaces for first responders who serve their communities every day remains central to her work.

A Senior Lead Interior Designer with 12 years of experience, Sarah brings a practice grounded in active listening and attention to detail. She leads with the “why”—understanding the deeper intent behind a client’s goals before moving to solutions. Colleagues describe her as inclusive, outspoken, and determined (she’ll add competitive), qualities evident in how she manages information, keeps projects organized, and ensures the client’s voice remains central at every phase.

The client relationships Sarah values most are the ones that outlast the project—from trusted advisor relationships to future work and, often, friendships.
