Samantha Gibbs

AIT II

Samantha Gibbs fell in love with design during high school ceramics and art classes in small-town Wisconsin. While architecture wasn’t on her radar until college, she’s now an AIT II passionate about creating timeless, sustainable spaces that serve their communities.

“I love how architecture is a collaborative, multifaceted field that allows for working within different scales and forms of creativity,” Sam says. She supports project teams with drafting, rendering, and permitting across commercial office, retail, and multi-family residential projects while working toward her architectural license.

Before joining CSHQA, Sam contributed to the design and early construction of a complex 180,000-square-foot office and retail development in Golden, Colorado. The project addressed challenging existing site conditions, incorporated adaptive reuse elements, and achieved ambitious sustainability goals while creating a community hub featuring thoughtfully designed public spaces and outdoor areas.

When she’s not designing spaces, you’ll find Sam exploring new places and enjoying the outdoors—whether she’s skiing, golfing, hiking, or out on the lake, boating and paddleboarding.
