Two mentors spotted Ruthie Heikkila’s natural people skills and knack for understanding effective organizational needs early on in her career and they encouraged her to develop her talents through real-world experience. As CSHQA’s Human Resources Director, Ruthie draws on her attention to detail, problem-solving abilities and organizational skills to implement and maintain successful HR processes and procedures. These include, but are not limited to Culture Management, Employee Development, Benefits and Compensation, Performance Management, Recruitment, Diversity and Accounting.
Ruthie first joined CSHQA in 2000, but left to explore other opportunities. She rejoined the firm because she saw an exemplary opportunity to be part of CSHQA’s next phase of growth and expansion. She has proven to be an essential part of that process. She’s also a master volunteer: Her work includes Rake Up Boise, Paint the Town, the Race for the Cure, and Relay for Life.
Ruthie is most carefree when she is spending time with family, friends or just hanging out. She likes to be outdoors where she can bike, run, camp or just have a good time.
