To Rachel Tutko it is about the journey, not the destination. She chooses to work with interesting, intelligent people who are working toward a common goal. Rachel brings 19+ years of administrative and legal assistant experience, most recently in intellectual property law, to the firm. As a Senior Administrative Assistant in CSHQA’s Boise office she supports various disciplines in the execution of day-to-day deliverables.
Teamwork, creativity, and a chance to try new things are all important to Rachel. “I continuously strive to learn and improve. A job well done is its own reward.” At Rachel’s previous position, she assisted coworkers in adapting to changing online filing requirements. In addition to learning new skills, it was necessary to forecast how the changes would affect the firm’s standard practices.
Rachel is an extroverted introvert. She loves to connect with people, but also enjoys time alone, and being in nature – bring on the mountains! Ask her about her pets!
