Paul Graham

Senior Project Manager

Paul Graham originally planned to attend medical school to become a surgeon. However, after working at a hospital, he chose to pursue a career in Outdoor Retail Management. Although he was originally interested in Historic Preservation design-build, he decided to move to modern design and sustainability after completing his first year in Architecture school.

With nearly two decades of experience, Paul has worked on various projects, including residential (single and multi-family), grocery retail, education, healthcare, tenant improvements, and furniture design-build—from the schematic phase through construction administration. He has a strong capacity for retaining information, a solid knowledge of construction, and an innate understanding of how things fit together. As a Senior Project Manager, he efficiently manages project schedules, submittals, and daily project coordination. His ability to work well with a team and succeed independently significantly benefits CSHQA.

Paul is a professional hobbyist. When he’s not at work, you can expect to see him doing anything outdoors, such as fly fishing, camping/backpacking, hunting, and golfing. He’s passionate about learning new things and doing fun activities with his wife!
