Senior Architectural Designer

Growing up, Oscar was always inspired by creating practical and functional spaces. He enjoyed modifying things to find better solutions and enhance presentation. Little did he know this was the beginning of his career as an Architectural Designer.

With 18 years of experience as a bilingual Architect, Oscar is currently a Senior Architectural Designer at CSHQA in the Denver office. He specializes in developing conceptual and schematic design packages, modifying, creating, and reviewing construction documents, and providing guidance to clients throughout the construction phase of projects. His skills in construction and project management across housing, buildings, landscaping, and telecommunications infrastructure make him a strong asset to the CSHQA team.

Oscar has always been inspired by creating practical and functional spaces. He enjoys modifying things to discover better solutions and enhance presentation. It is important to him to promote clean and functional architecture that supports sustainability and enhances development in every aspect. A project Oscar is especially proud of is a nationwide telecommunications project he initiated and managed in Costa Rica which significantly advanced the country’s development.

Outside of his career, Oscar enjoys spending time with his family. He has an impressive collection of over 300 1/18 Formula 1 cars, which he enjoys upgrading with better parts. Not only does he collect them, but he also enjoys watching Formula 1 racing, with Ferrari being his favorite team!
