Molly Pittman, NCIDQ

Interior Designer II

Molly Pittman wanted to be an interior designer since she was 11 years old because she desired a career that would allow her to focus on creativity. As an interior designer, she loves to think about how a project can be approached uniquely – asking herself, “How can we find innovative designs that even the client didn’t know was possible?” It’s important to Molly to consider all users, thinking about how they each experience the space.

As an Interior Designer II at the Boise office, she provides programming and space planning, concept design, selection and specification of appropriate, durable, and cost-effective finishes, interior detailing, and construction documents, She brings a fresh perspective to diverse projects—from healthcare facilities, K-12 education, small tenant improvements, and multi-family. Molly has a heartfelt commitment to working in senior living or with often-forgotten communities. This passion stems from personal experience, as her uncle battled Alzheimer’s for years and eventually spent time in memory care. She knows this group is easy to overlook, yet they still deserve excellent spaces.

When she is not transforming interiors, you can find Molly playing ball with her dog, baking cookies, cross-stitching, and making wreaths. She is a devoted Swiftie who loves curling up with a good book or crocheting while her cat keeps her company.
