When she was in college, Laura Eckert couldn’t decide between a major in visual arts or in English — so she majored in both. Once she graduated she tried dividing her loves, working alternately as a writer or a graphic designer, until she was able to marry her passions in her role as a Senior Marketing Coordinator at CSHQA.
Laura’s clients are her co-workers. She responds to proposals, develops brochures, and creates presentations and more while meeting or beating deadlines. She is instrumental in bringing in new business through her proposal and promotional materials, but her graphic design and promo work is close to her heart because of the design possibilities and creativity involved.
Laura is always working on a new project at home. She’s a relentless home improver and creates art and crafts; right now, she’s exploring her abilities as a cobbler.
