For Jonathan Bigham, it was a manager at his high school job who first got him interested in the inner workings of business and started his passion down the path of finance operations. He now has a track record spanning more than two decades handling the growth and efficiency of the businesses he’s managed and helping to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Prior to joining CSHQA, Jonathan spent 4 years as the COO & CFO of a leading interior design firm in New York City, overseeing the day-to-day operations and working with the executive team to develop growth opportunities. As CSHQA’s first-ever COO, he is tasked with overseeing the daily operations of the firm and making sure goals and deadlines are met; a perfect match for his skillset as he has considerable experience streamlining processes, improving overall performance, and developing long-term strategic plans. “There is nothing better than being part of a team that is committed to excellence, that shows up every day and does the hard work required to change and improve,” he says.
As an avid outdoorsman, you can find Jonathan exploring the area surrounding Boise—usually hiking or skiing with his family. He loves spending his free time in his backyard harvesting honey from his beehives; a hobby he has done for the last 4 years, gathering over 300 pounds of honey!
