Jesse Goldman, Architect Principal (Denver Office) has always liked building projects and figuring out how things worked. He was about 8 years old when he first learned about architecture and from that point on, never looked back.  He is responsible for business development, design, review and QAQC. He has a wide range of project experience, including retail, office, assembly, sports architecture and healthcare projects.  Jesse said “I really enjoy helping people.  I enjoy creating thoughtful designs that solve problems and create new efficiencies for my clients.”

Jesse’s work prior to joining CSHQA includes a range of projects, each with their own unique challenges and design opportunities:

  • SEMSWA (Southeast Metro Stormwater Authority), Centennial, CO: Office/maintenance project, local and state AIA award winner
  • Independence Events Center, Independence, MO: 5,800 seat multi-purpose Arena, Project Architect from conceptual design until occupancy
  • McCune Brooks Replacement Hospital (Now Mercy Carthage Hospital), Carthage, MO: Ground-up hospital, recipient of multiple Healthcare awards
  • Alpine Bank, Tech Center, Denver, CO: New branch location located in a challenging shell space

Jesse also enjoys doing his own construction projects. To date he has gutted and replaced about half of his house including the master bedroom/bathroom and kitchen. He also converted the attic to add two new bedrooms, a bathroom and a family room. When not working, Jesse loves being outdoors, hiking, camping, fishing and traveling with his family.
