With 25 years of tech experience under his belt—from tackling service desk puzzles to managing intricate networks—James is a valuable addition to our team, enhancing CSHQA’s effectiveness and efficiency. His responsibilities include setting up, configuring, and supporting internal and external networks, developing and maintaining systems, applications, security, network configurations, and more.
Inspired by his uncle’s adventures in systems administration, James is dedicated to making a positive impact while keeping things fun and stable. In addition to technology, James has a keen interest in fire trucks. He follows several local fire departments on social media to stay updated on their latest activities.
