Story
CSHQA was founded in 1889 by Scottish immigrant W.S. Campbell, who designed Boise’s historic Idanha Hotel. Fast forward to 2025, and we are still designing hotels in the same neighborhood—talk about
a full circle.

- In 2018, we made a bold move by transitioning to 100% employee ownership—our employees now own the company, reflecting our commitment to empowering our team.
- We have been members of the Boise Metro Chamber of Commerce for more than 100 years.
- We achieved a $7 million revenue increase from 2023 to 2024, demonstrating the effectiveness of our strategic initiatives.
