This 37,000 sf store includes The Lone Elm Tap Room complete with spring bar stools from an oil rig in Kansas. Other store amenities include an in-house smoker, cheeses and seafood on-site, full-service coffee and juice bars, sandwich and pizza stations and even sushi hand-rolled in-house. The store features a full décor package custom to Olathe – no two stores are alike.
