CSHQA has teamed with Lithia Motors, based in Medford, OR, since 2001. The publicly traded company is one of the largest automotive retailers in the US, and with 31 brands of new autos, the company is continually renewing brand programs at their many dealerships. CSHQA has provided signage and facilities standards company-wide, and implemented a variety of brand build-outs and upgrades including Ford, Hyundai, Audi, Chrysler Jeep Dodge, Toyota, Chevrolet and Mercedes Benz.
Lithia is large enough to adapt to changing corporate standards, yet apply their own hard-earned work flow efficiencies. Our role is to integrate design branding and specifications with corporate programs and sustainable design practices to meet our client’s expectations.
Lithia Toyota in Missoula is a new, ground-up LEED certified dealership with showroom, quick lube and service department. One sustainable measure is the use of reclaimed oil furnaces in the service area and quick lube. Our design also includes reuse of an existing site development from a former auto dealership, low water landscape, controllable, energy-efficient lighting and bike storage and lockers for employees.
