Nampa School District - ProTech Buildings

In the early 2000s, Nampa School District took a proactive stance in the education and preparation of students for life after high school (Grade 13). They decided to enhance their facilities at three high schools to accommodate the growing need and demand for vocational and technical programs. The projects included a new, freestanding building on the Columbia High School site, a remodel of the existing buildings, a new building on the Nampa High campus, and a new building on the Skyview High school campus.

Each pro-tech building includes infrastructure to support program needs such as construction technology, auto body, auto repair and welding, network systems, as well as providing a safe and focused learning environment.

Columbia High School, completed 2006, 13,400 sf, $1.4 million
Skyview High School, completed 2004, nearly 30,000 sf, $1.8 million
Nampa High School, completed 2003, 47,660 sf in three buildings, $1.7 million
