CSHQA provided architectural and engineering (electrical, mechanical and plumbing, structural) design and fuel system design services for four AutoZone Truck Maintenance Facilities. Three of the facilities have been built and one is currently in the design phase. All four were designed in accordance with NFPA 30A with storage and delivery systems fully engineered by CSHQA.
The buildings have four truck bays plus a mezzanine and fuel island canopies. The owners will supply a truck wash system. CSHQA coordinated with suppliers for power and plumbing requirements.
The facilities are located on the sites of existing Auto Zone distribution centers. The buildings’ structures have structural CMU walls and a steel roofs.
CEI provided site coordination, utility information, and site lighting requirements, and were responsible for agency coordination and submittals.
