Ryan joins CSHQA as its new CEO after decades in the field of architecture and design. He has long had a hand in the high-level workings of an architecture firm, playing important roles in both project management and design leadership. Ryan’s approach to leadership always starts with understanding the problem at hand and getting to know the team he’s working with to solve it. He is thrilled to help lead the way in CSHQA’s implementation of an executive leadership model following its transition to employee-ownership in 2018 and has a vision that equally benefits those working within the company and those we serve. When asked about what he wants this to mean for our team, partners, and clients, Ryan shares enthusiastically that “we keep doing the excellent work CSHQA is known for, but on an even bigger and better scale.”
