Growing up in Japan, Megumi Haus’ mother was always updating her family’s home, and it made so much of an impression on young Megumi that she went into interior design. A lover of textiles, new materials, and unconventional uses of both, Megumi creates interiors for a broad range of clients: corporate, health care, hospitality, multi-family, government, and residential.

An Interior Designer with CSHQA, Megumi specializes in overall design, space planning, finish and FFE specification, FFE estimates and project coordination.  She is NCIDQ Certified, a credential obtained through rigorous standards of experience, professionalism and demonstrated competency on a nationally standardized examination.  Megumi is currently working on The Inn at 500, a boutique hotel design that will be ahead of the curve and reflect its owner’s vision.

If you want to spot Megumi’s desk at CSHQA, just look for the pigs. She collects porcine figurines and along with her family recently adopted a miniature pig.
