Lisa Merrick, an Accounting Specialist III in CSHQA’s Boise office is responsible for a wide assortment of accounting tasks utilizing her organization skills and attention to detail daily. She brings 15 years of experience to the firm including cash and check deposits, scanning AP invoices, and working with multiple departments to ensure quality control and resolve account issues. She is also experienced in developing and implementing procedures. During her career Lisa realized she enjoyed the checks and balances of finance, creating AP invoices, connecting with customers, and posting payments. Seeing how everything tied together and seeing the money flow of a small company inspired her to go back to school and get her Accounting degree.
Lisa loves to travel! Growing up her Grandma owned a travel agency and she was very lucky to have the opportunity to travel with her to Japan, Tahiti, and Mexico at a young age. She spent five weeks in high school as an exchange student in Spain, since then the traveling bug has only gotten stronger. She has two boys, ages 11 and 14 that keep life busy with competitive soccer and ski racing. She enjoys the outdoors, being with family, spoiling her two golden retrievers and watching her boys play soccer.
