Jim Marsh, AIA

Architect Principal / Board of Directors

Creativity is the key for Jim Marsh. As an Architect Principal at CSHQA, he not only designs buildings, but the teams that build them. That creative collaboration has fueled his career for more than 20 years.

Jim’s specialties include retail, hospitality, and multi-family infill projects, and he oversees them from the initial client meeting to the building’s opening. His recent work includes the Avimor Community Center, the linchpin of an upscale master-planned community in Eagle, Idaho, the chic One Nineteen Condominium, and The Inn at 500, a boutique hotel on Boise’s Capitol Boulevard.

Jim and his wife love to travel and get outdoors as often as they can — look for him on Idaho’s bike trails or on a stand-up paddleboard in the middle of the river.
