As a Senior Associate and Civil Engineering Manager with CSHQA, Jeff specializes in creating the infrastructure for healthy, sustainable communities — like River Park Place, site of Boise’s Whole Foods Market and downtown Walgreens, in which he used a permeable paver system to manage stormwater (a first for the Boise area).
Jeff has worked at CSHQA for more than a decade, forging relationships with clients and regulatory agencies to meld everyone’s goals into workable solutions for better projects. He’s especially adept at green infrastructure, which uses environmentally friendly methods of managing water.
He’s also really funny. When he’s not cracking jokes in the office and entertaining his coworkers, you can find him on the golf course or spending time with his wife and kids.
