Bruno Loza owes his love of engineering to his stint as the aide to a technology advisor for his school district. He had to get good at building, fixing—and sometimes breaking—computers and wiring schools for internet access. Seeing an opportunity to turn his affinity for math into a real-world job, he began focusing on the idea of generating electrical energy and moving it places.

Bruno jumps at the chance to work on projects with tight schedules and that present unencountered problems. “I love tackling all types of problems,” he says. His projects have included Whole Foods Market – Union Station in Denver, Gowen Field Air National Guard Hangars in Boise, Chobani Office Building and Global R&D Center in Twin Falls, and the Franz Witte Nursery site in Nampa, which required complex electrical systems and extensive coordination with all disciplines.

As an avid sports and music fan, you may either run into Bruno on the local volleyball and soccer leagues or directing the choir at his church.
