Brad DeMeyer has always been fascinated by the combination of art/design and engineering. Using the combination of skill and process to create structures and occupied spaces inspires him. As a Project Architect II at CSHQA, he is involved with all aspects of a project, from schematic design through construction administration. He thrives in a creative environment with a supportive and collaborative team, helping to successfully complete and deliver projects and satisfy clients.
Brad brings extensive experience in construction administration and large project construction to the firm in the commercial, retail, K-12 education, and mixed-use multi-family industries. A favorite project before joining CSHQA was the Saltwood (South) in Portland, Oregon. This market-rate, mixed-use property was named “Gold Nugget Multi-Family Community of the Year” by PCBC. The project comprises two adjacent housing buildings (South and North) and is the cornerstone of the areas redevelopment efforts.
Outside of work, Brad loves to be outdoors, from fishing, taking the dog for a run, rounding the back 9, to doing yard work.
