Ben Millett is an Architect in CSHQA’s Boise office with nearly a decade of architectural experience working on various types of projects. He is responsible for construction documents, renderings, presentations, and construction administration. He utilizes AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit and components of virtual reality to help visualize spaces. Ben most enjoys the concept planning stage of building and finds value in working on the nitty gritty details of projects.

His earliest memory of architecture begins with LEGOs. After crafting an intricate house complete with a kitchen table, microwave, and refrigerator, his Mom exclaimed, “You should become an architect!” He kept her words in the back of his mind but did not pursue her advice until he left his small town for college, where he pursued architecture. Ben’s most significant projects at CSHQA to date include a 43,000 square-foot Whole Foods store in Park City, Utah, and five retail shell buildings for the Sienna Ridge development in El Dorado Hills, California.

One of Ben’s greatest joys is his beautiful family, whom he calls the best support he could ever have. He is a lover of music and the only son in a family of six children. Early on he decided to prove his manliness by becoming a percussionist and has been playing since 6th grade.
