Project Manager

As a Project Manager at CSHQA, you will manage a project from conception through completion and provide direction to ensure that proper steps and procedures are taken to produce work that is completed as planned, budgeted, scheduled and in conformance with design intent. This position requires you to effectively liaison between internal clients, including executive management, and external consultants, contractors and regulatory agencies.

This position requires knowledge of the design and construction process, understanding of project work plans, schedules, staffing and budgets, as well as strong skills in prioritization, efficiency and the continuous improvement of services and processes. An ability to evaluate alternative designs and associated costs, while coordinating design concepts with other disciplines is essential. You should be adept at effectively communicating and negotiating with a broad range of internal and external individuals or representatives.
