The Springs Apartments (McCall, ID) is an affordable, residential-housing project, constructed of durable materials using innovative sustainable design principles. Phase I of the complex was completed in 2010 and earned LEED Platinum certification.
Phase II’s ribbon cutting ceremony was held July 22, 2016, adding 36 units to the project. Amenities include covered parking, a half-size basketball court, and a courtyard. Funding for Phase II was provided through a joint effort of Optum Idaho; Idaho Housing and Finance Association (IHFA); and USDA Rural Development.
