One Nineteen Condominium

One Nineteen Condominiums are located in downtown Boise near shopping, restaurants, and the city’s business core. It is a new structure of four levels of condos over two levels of parking. The investors’ target market was active, urban professionals seeking a higher quality of lifestyle than the typical city condo. The result is a no-compromises, sophisticated loft-style building.

A flat roof with shed roof accents, a strong vertical theme, contemporary metal accents and brick to compliment an adjacent brick structure integrate the building in its environment. Window patterning, wall plane modulation, shadow, changes in materials, and architectural elements provide design interest. The combination of balconies, recessed windows, protruding balconies and canopies, and building modulation break up the massing of the structure. Historic streetlights a ten-foot sidewalk and new trees provide a city streetscape fitting the neighborhood.

The condos comprise 27 units of two and three bedrooms, each with unique layouts. Floors three through five have 10+ foot ceilings. The top level has 12+ foot ceilings. All units have open floor plans, Euro-styled hardwood cabinets, contemporary features and private outdoor balconies. Common areas include an elegant lobby and dog washing station. Floor plans range from 1,176 sf to 2,340 sf and prices from $384,000 to $947,000. Every unit has a parking space and huge storage space.
