The Avimor Clubhouse and Community Center, with swimming pool, work out room and meeting amenities, is the centerpiece of a residential community planned for 684 homes on 830 acres. The 12,000 SF clubhouse was the first non-residential structure in this master-planned community of residential, mixed-use commercial, recreation and community services.
CSHQA worked with the developer to plan a formal entry sequence including stone pillars with capstones. The Clubhouse entry creates a grand corner with a floating lantern roof structure to mirror the pillars and establish the building as the centerpiece of the commercial district. Glass, stone, wood and metal are combined for a modern, contemporary look from all vantage points.
Large, glass roll-up doors surround the indoor pool allowing indoor/outdoor spaces in warm seasons. Elegant interior finishes compliment the views from weight room, meeting and lobby spaces.
