Ada County Civic Plaza - LEED-CI Gold

CSHQA provided the architectural, interior design, electrical and mechanical engineering, and LEED documentation services for two tenant improvement projects for Ada County. Both the Assessor's office space and the Indigent Services' space earned a LEED-CI Gold certification in the Commercial Interiors program of the US Green Building Council. The projects are in separate buildings but are united by the use of a similar palate of sustainable design concepts, materials, products and furnishings. This project received Intermountain Contractor's Best of 2008 award for Best Green Project Under $5 million.
