Clearwater Cottages

CSHQA assisted with completion of construction documents for the Clearwater Cottages. Tamarack wanted the units to be based on the original design by Resort Design Associates (RDA), but requested CSHQA's expertise with respect to implementing the design on a new site, producing a comprehensive set of documents, and working with the contractor through the construction administration process. The cottages exhibit many of the materials and finishes, known at the resort, and thus offer high-end design and function on a smaller, charming scale.
