Tim Sievers

Tim Sievers

Senior Project Manager / Associate

Some children read comic books or watch TV when they’re bored, but Tim Sievers drew house plans. From a very early age, it was clear Tim had a knack for building things and making models for the real world. He was able to further hone this passion at the University of Idaho, where his thesis focused on the project that would become known as the first phase of BoDo—after graduation, he saw his designs come to life in Boise’s thriving downtown.

Now, more than two decades later, Tim thrives on helping his clients by building problem-solving teams that make their plans become reality. As a Senior Project Manager, he has a vast list of daily responsibilities that include overseeing projects and meeting the many requirements and codes involved with the construction process. He has had many successful projects both in the local market and throughout the country. Tim also holds an Associate position with the firm, which gives him the rewarding opportunity to educate and mentor the future leaders of CSHQA.

Tim is happiest when he’s building and creating, and his home life is no exception. You can always find him tinkering, either on his many house projects or his hot rods. At other times, you’ll find Tim tending to the landscaping around his house and tilling in his garden.
