Mandie Brozo

Senior Project Manager / Senior Associate

Mandie Brozo, a Senior Project Manager with CSHQA, designed her first city in chalk on her parents’ driveway and built her first structures out of mud in the backyard. Since joining CSHQA she has excelled at space planning and construction documents, 3-D modeling and conceptual designs — but this time, for projects that last for more than a few days.

Mandie faced one of the toughest jobs an architect can encounter: Designing for her peers. She worked on the CSHQA Office project in Boise, Idaho, and learned a great deal about remodeling and retrofitting existing spaces along the way.

Her free time is spent enjoying the outdoors around Boise or simply getting lost in a good book.

Mandie was honored as a 2022 TWIN award recipient by the Women’s & Children’s Alliance.
