For Jose Gallegos, architecture isn’t just about space. It’s about feeling. He’s always been intrigued by the connection humans have with their environments, and as an Architect in Training he is interested in cultivating modern design that creates tactile experiences.
Jose has been with CSHQA since graduating from the University of Idaho in 2014, and his most recent project is a boutique hotel, the Inn at 500. He’s learned a lot about how the design process can shift, form, reshape, and affect a building’s identity.
He continues to create in his off hours, working with digital and analog art such as technical drawings or watercolor paintings.
