Jorge Hernandez made the decision to study Architecture when he realized the huge impact it made in our everyday lives. “Architecture allows us to keep improving the built environment and can also help us improve the quality of life for many.” he says.
Jorge is working as an AIT I in CSHQA’s Boise office. As he assists the CSHQA team, he is continually learning and growing. This knowledge will also help him attain his MArch Degree from the University of Idaho.
Jorge designed a Diversity and Cultural Center for the University of Idaho for his Senior Design project. This project was important to him because he was given the opportunity to work closely with the actual diversity offices included in the program. He also found it interesting to learn more about the cultural influence in Architecture.
In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with friends and family. Jorge’s hobbies include video gaming, playing soccer, and fishing.
