CSHQA is pleased to announce that Jim Otradosky, AIA, LEED AP BD+C has been elected a Principal Stockholder with CSHQA. Jim joined the firm in 2000, became an Associate Stockholder (2002), Senior Associate Stockholder (2007), member of the Board of Directors (2012) and Corporate Secretary earlier this year. Jim brings 26 years of experience, 16 with CSHQA to the firm; and has focused on education and medical facilities, as well as nationwide automotive dealerships and service facilities.
Jim is a licensed Architect in Idaho and California and is a LEED Accredited Professional Building Design + Construction (LEED AP BD+C). He is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA); Education & Health Care PIAs; American Society for Healthcare Engineering (ASHE); US Green Building Council (USGBC), Idaho Chapter and the Idaho Association of Building Officials (IDABO).
